Branden is the co-founder of Someday Homes Realty & Construction and the building contractor for the company. In 2012, and while still working other full time jobs. Branden and Matt began renovating their first homes in Jacksonville Beach. This ignited their shared passion for real estate and construction and they knew they wanted more.
In 2016, Branden and Matt took their passion to the next level by founding Someday Homes, where Branden focused on turning clients’ renovation dreams into reality. What first started as maintenance work and smaller projects turned into whole home remodels and flips. In 2020, Branden obtained his residential building contractor’s license, allowing him to focus on building homes and allowing him to take on bigger projects. Today, Branden leads Someday Homes Construction crew, creating beautiful, high-quality homes for clients in Jacksonville and beyond, while also building customized specs in house with Matt.
