Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a short-term rental investor and Realtor specializing in investment properties, primarily vacation rentals. I’ve been involved in the short-term rental industry since 2017 and have nearly a decade of hands-on experience owning, operating, and managing vacation rentals.
I currently own STRs across multiple states, but I live and actively invest in the Jacksonville Beaches area, where I also own and operate a short-term rental management company. My experience ranges from finding and analyzing profitable investment opportunities to managing day-to-day communications, operations and maximizing guest experience and revenue.
I’m passionate about real estate investing, networking with other investors, and helping others build successful short-term rental portfolios.
