Matt is the managing broker and co-owner of Someday Homes Realty & Construction, a business he co-founded with his longtime friend and partner, Branden. In 2012, Matt and his wife Jackie purchased a fixer-upper in Jacksonville Beach, which sparked Matt’s passion for real estate and home renovations. With the help of Branden, they spent countless hours renovating the home, and soon after, Branden also bought a property to renovate.
In 2016, Matt and Branden made their passion a business by founding Someday Homes, where Matt focused on real estate transactions and Branden led home renovations. They expanded further by flipping homes before launching the brokerage side of the business, Someday Homes Realty in 2020. Matt obtained his real estate broker’s license, and Branden earned his residential building contractor’s license to focus on new construction homes. Today, Matt leads Someday Homes Realty with a commitment to providing exceptional service, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate, while also overseeing their new construction and renovation projects.
