Years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Nate is a Florida native who grew up on the front of his grandfather’s boat in Sebastian and riding in the back of The Sebastian Country Florist‘s delivery van, delivering flowers to customers.
Coming from a family of small business entrepreneurs, Nate started selling real estate in 2007. At just twenty years old he knew that if he really wanted to be a valuable asset to his customers he needed real life experience. The call to serve others as well as his love for the water led him to join the USN as an Aviation Search and Rescue Swimmer.
Nate proudly served for ten years then in 2018 he reactivated his license. He quickly became one of Jacksonville’s most trusted real estate agents and continues to serve his community in many ways. Today he is proud to lead The Riggs Group in being the standard for the real estate industry.
